Zuma - Queen of Arcades

You will never confuse this game with any other ball-shooting arcade though its concept is completely the same: it's all about ball-shooting.

In-game graphics, performed in Ancient Maya style is what makes it special. A stoned frog in the center shoots at balls rolling over the labyrinth.

You've got to hit two or more balls of the same color with another ball released from a frog's mouth.     

There is a frog sitting in the center of the labyrinth, and multicolored balls running along it.  If you aren't attentive enough, they will fall into the terrible sharp-toothed trap, located close to the center of the playfield. You're to shoot precisely to place three balls of the same color together and destroy all the balls.                       

If your shot is correct, balls will disappear. If you miss  - the frog's ball will just be added to the ball chain and make your task more complicated.

The game is controlled with a stylus. Draw a circle on your PDA screen to turn the frog. To shoot, just touch the targeted place with the stylus.  To change a current canon ball color, just, tap on a frog idol.

Although there is only one mode in the mobile version of the game, the game preserved its charm as aiming at the ball on such a small play field if by far more difficult and challenging.

Among your bonuse ammo, you'll find a bomb that blows up a number of balls standing side by side, regardless of their color.

You should mind that with each level balls are running faster. The number of balls will grow, but number of bonuses will also increase.

Luckily, there is a way for you to survive. Some of the balls (you can tell them by their «blinking» skins) when being exploded, slow down, stop or make the ball chain move "backwards".

And - coins!  They appear in different parts of the playfield and if you hit one, you will earn bonuses and additional points (and for which you can receive additional «lives»).

So, as you see, Pocket version of Zuma created by Astraware has preserved the complete function set of the game for WindowsPC.
